Privacy Policy
This policy describes what this website collects, why, and who it is shared with. It describes this site as it is actually built. Effective 3 September 2026.
Who we are
This site is operated by I&I Hair Corporation of Dallas, Texas, the company behind the EZBRAID brand. To reach us about privacy, or about anything in this policy, email info@iandihair.com or call +1 469-557-1230.
What this site does not do
Worth stating plainly, because it removes most of what a privacy policy usually covers. This site does not take payments, does not process orders, and does not sell anything directly. It is a product and brand site. It does not ask you to create an account to use it. Where to buy is answered by our store locator.
Information you give us
Two forms on this site collect information, and only when you choose to fill them in.
Your name, email address, a subject and your message. It reaches our marketing team by email and is recorded as an enquiry in our business system so someone can answer you.
Your name, business name, business type, city and state, work email address and, if you give it, a phone number, recorded the same way and routed to our wholesale team.
We use this to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the company and the service providers named below.
The store locator
When you search for stores, the ZIP code you type is sent to our server and matched against a list of ZIP-code locations to work out which stockists are nearest. We ask for a ZIP code and nothing else, and we do not ask your device for its location.
The map itself is drawn using map tiles from OpenFreeMap, a third-party service. Loading the map means your browser requests those tiles directly, so your IP address reaches that service, as it would with any map on any website.
Cookies and analytics
Our website software sets a cookie so the site works correctly across pages. It is not used for advertising. Against that session the software also keeps an anonymous record of which pages are read, for example which blog articles, so we can see what is useful; it is not linked to you unless you send us a form. If you arrive through a link carrying campaign tags, those tags are kept in a cookie and recorded with any enquiry you send, so we know which link brought you.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. It sets its own cookies and receives your IP address and browsing activity on this site. Google acts as our analytics provider and processes that data under its own terms.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across every site using Google's own browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
Who else sees it
Only the providers that run the site for us: our website and business-system host, Google for analytics and for our company email, Google again for the web fonts every page loads and the video thumbnails on our magazine page (your browser fetches those from Google's servers, so your IP address reaches Google the same way it reaches the map service), and OpenFreeMap for the map tiles described above. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as part of our business records for as long as we may need them to deal with you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email info@iandihair.com and tell us which one, and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@iandihair.com. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law; tell us and we will deal with your request accordingly.
Children
This site is aimed at adults, including professional braiders and retail buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through a form here, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the effective date above is updated. This version is effective 3 September 2026.
